m^2+(1/3)m+(1/(2*3))^2=(2/3)+(1/(2*3))^2
m^2+(1/3)m+(1/6)^2=(2/3)+(1/6)^2
(m+(1/6))^2 =(24/36)+(1/36)
(m+(1/6))^2 =(25/36)
m+(1/6)=+-sqrt(25/36)
m+(1/6)=+-(5/6)
m= 1/6 + 5/6 or m= 1/6 - 5/6
